Background/Credit Report -
If you are renting, your future landlord will probably request a background
check and/or a credit report. By having this information available up front, we
will be able to act quickly when you find the property you desire. Many
rental properties also require the approval of the Home Owners Association prior
to commencement of a lease. We work with you to assure all necessary
documentation is in place and help guide you through the application and
approval process.
Pre-Qualification -
If you are purchasing a new home, it is in your best interest to be
pre-qualified for a mortgage. Sellers take you (and your offer) more seriously
when they know you have ACCESS TO THE FUNDS needed to make the purchase. Our
network of Mortgage Professionals can help get you started.
Preparation of Documents
- If you are renting, we will be able to secure your new residence with an
initial deposit and prepare a "Contract for Lease" on your behalf. Purchases
require s larger deposit (usually 5% of the purchase amount) and a signed "Offer
to Purchase". We will prepare all documents in accordance with Florida
Association of Realtor standards and follow all rules and procedures to conduct
your transaction smoothly and efficiently.
