We will list your home in the Realtors^® MLS system with up to 16 pictures and also advertise your 'home for rent' in MANY syndicated Web sites advertising properties available for rent.
 

Professional lease negotiation including
completion of all necessary lease contracts

Work with any cooperating real estate agents and/or any prospective tenants to show your property as needed. This may also include the use of a 'lock box".
 

Assistance with applications required for
Association approval (if needed)

Secure the lease contract based on your specific terms and provide all paperwork required by you and/or the Community Association. We can also conduct tenant employment verification, background check and credit reports
 

There is NO FEE to Renters from Rohan Realty for this service.
(However, some properties require a small application fee)

** Most landlords require 3 months rent (up front) to rent their properties. It is also necessary to provide proof of employment, a valid credit report and rental references (if applicable) **

Real Estate Broker fees are ONE MONTHs RENT which includes the compensation for any other real estate agent who may bring the tenant for the property. Additional fees apply for tenant background or credit reports.
